The past several months have certainly been a challenge for all of us but we have been making plans in accordance with Utah Leads Together guidelines and are ready to continue moving forward. FCS is proud of the efforts made by our employees, HOA Boards, homeowners and business partners as we have all quickly adapted to change. Through cooperation, information and action we have been able to work to ensure the needs of our clients and customers have continued to be addressed. The day-to-day administration of your association has proceeded without interruption. With business opening back up throughout the state of Utah, the entire FCS team remains committed to being your management partner and will continue to serve our customers as we follow the guidance of local, state and federal agencies.
Although our offices were closed in mid-March in order to avoid risk to our staff and customers, we recently reopened and are ready to serve our customers in-person Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Fridays from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. We have implemented several changes to how we operate in order to ensure the continued health and safety of our staff and customers. These new guidelines include:
- Daily employee health checks.
- Wearing face coverings outside individual offices.
- Implementing social distancing via clear directional signage, closing off areas of the office, and eliminating shared workstations.
- Increased environmental cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces.
- Installation of disinfecting stations throughout the office.
- Installation of protective screens at our reception desks.
- Virtual board meetings.
- Virtual owner meetings.
We are confident these changes will allow us to meet the needs of our customers while keeping everyone – customers and employees – safe. As always, our Customer Service team is available to take your calls Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and you have 24-hour access to your homeowner portal at www.hoaliving.com. We continue to use video conferencing for our board and homeowner meetings, allowing the regular business of your association to be conducted despite current restrictions of large in-person groups. Training of boards and new homeowner orientations have transitioned to video conferencing as well and will continue until it is safe to do otherwise. Despite the challenges, we have appreciated the opportunity to introduce new and innovative ways to communicate and manage.
We are encouraged by progress being made to bring this crisis to an end but encourage all our employees and customers to follow recommendations to reduce the recent uptick in the virus. We look forward to resuming normal practices when it is completely safe to do so. In the meantime, we continue to urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and your community. Please socially distance and wear face masks to stay safe and stay healthy as we all look to better days.

As the State of Utah frequently updates their Phased Guidelines we will update the HOA’s Lead Together to have the same version number as the Phased Guidelines version number.
