March 16th, 2020 - Covid-19 Statement

Dear Homeowners,
     As concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to spread in Utah and internationally, we want our valued clients to know the steps FCS Community Management has adopted to protect our employees, customers and clients while minimizing any service interruptions; and to pass on state and industry recommendations for the administration of your association.
     Beginning Monday, March 16th, FCS offices will be closed to walk-in traffic until further notice.  Additional implemented precautions include canceling all non-essential meetings (employee, vendor and board trainings), employing social distancing strategies, facilitating telecommuting, and enhancing office cleaning and sanitation. In accordance with federal and state recommendations, suggestions for meetings and common area/facility management have been forwarded to the governing boards of your association.
     It is likely the precautions we are taking and the potential of increased use of sick leave by staff members may impact turn-around times for certain services. We ask for your support and understanding. As a company, we are doing everything we can to proactively deal with this situation while also minimizing disruptions as we continue to provide services to each of you.
     We urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take necessary precautions to protect your family. Any community-specific meeting and event cancellations and/or community amenity/facility changes in normal operating procedures will be emailed separately.
